In the End Times, many Christians will suffer from the wrath of Satan. Some will be oppressed, some imprisoned and some even martyred. However, Satan's wiles will only continue for a short time and God will deliver us all from Satan's wiles even after death. However, the wrath of God is coming upon the world and none of the unrighteous shall escape. But God has not appointed the Church to wrath – God promises to protect His faithful from the onslaught of His judgments. Patience and comfort can be drawn from the many foreshadowings in the Old Testament such as the exodus of Israel from Egypt.
